Morning (5:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

5:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Wake up, morning prayers, yoga & meditation

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Personal hygiene & freshening up

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Elderly activities (reading, gardening, crafts)

Afternoon (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Rest time / Quiet activities

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Children's study time / Elderly relaxation

Evening (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Outdoor activities & games

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Evening prayers & meditation

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Dinner

8:30 PM - 9:30 PM: Recreation (TV, music, storytelling)

9:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Bedtime preparations
